Lawrence Flanagan Jr was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, Lawrence is a dedicated professional with a strong educational foundation. 

He earned an Associate’s degree in Law Enforcement, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Lamar University.

Lawrence served a commendable 32 years and 8 months with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department. Over his tenure, he rose through the ranks to the position of Captain in charge of the Patrol Division, demonstrating his commitment to public service and community safety.

After retiring from Law Enforcement, Lawrence transitioned into the real estate sector. He is now a Real Estate Broker and owner at Flanagan First Realty LLC, an independent brokerage, he established with his wife Rhonda in the Beaumont area. 

Prior to this, he was a sales agent with Connect Realty, where he honed his skills in the real estate market.

With a diverse background in law enforcement and real estate, Lawrence is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes while contributing positively to the Beaumont community.
